  • ½ kg. of chicken breasts

Preparation of chicken curry

1-Chicken curry is an exquisite dish full of aromatic and intense flavor, accompanied by a portion of white rice becomes an ideal alternative for any occasion. Easy but delicious

2-Start by peeling the onion, wash it well under the water to avoid that when you cut it your eyes cry a lot and then you cut it into small pieces.

3-Put a pan over medium heat with a good splash of oil, once hot add the onion and let sauté until transparent. While it sees slicing the breast fillets in not very large portions.

4-When the onion has been poached, add the pieces of chicken, stir well and brown to your liking.

5-Then add the curry sauce to cover the chicken, reduce the power of the fire and let cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6-Before removing from the heat, try your plate to make sure it is at the desired point, otherwise salt a little more and stir.
