  • 12 chicken wings 
  • 1 orange 
  • 1 lemon 
  • 2 tablespoons of honey 
  • 2 tablespoons of Perrins sauce 
  • 20 grams of pine nuts 
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil 
  • Salt 
  • Pepper

preparation:

1-Preheat the oven to 200º. Cut the wings through the joints and remove excess fat as possible. Season them, put them in a microwaveable dish and water with a thread of oil and another of water; put in the mic and cook for 10 minutes at medium power watching to not dry or burn

2-Put in the oven at 200º and roast one 15 minutes.

3-Meanwhile, put the orange juice in a pot on the fire, add a few drops of lemon juice, perrins sauce and honey. Heat until slightly reduced.

4-Toast the pine nuts in a non-stick pan with a thick bottom.

5-Pass the wings to a source. You can put absorbent paper on the bottom to remove excess grease; remove it. Sprinkle with orange sauce, sprinkle with pine nuts at the time of drying so they do not soften and serve hot.
