Ingredients

  • 500 gr of cream cheese
  • 500 gr of sweet milk confectioner
  •      Sweet cocoa c / n
  •      Milk c / n
  •      300 gr of chocolate semiamargo
  •      300 ml of milk cream
  •      500 gr of chocolate cookies 

Instructions

1-Beat the dulce de leche with the cream cheese until integrating.

2-Prepare the chocolate to wet our cookies.

3-Make a layer of wet cookies in hot chocolate.

4-Above, place a layer of filler.

5-Do this 3 more times.

6-Cool.

7-Make the ganache: bring the cream to the first boil.

8-Pour it over a bowl with chopped chocolate.

9-Let stand 5 minutes.

10-Integrate the batter mixture.
