- 500 gr. of dry pasta
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cloves of chopped garlic
- 300 gr. cubed chicken
- 2 tbsp of butter
- 2 tbsp made of olives
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 tube of tomato sauce crushed
- 1 cup cream / cream
- parsley, basil, salt and pepper.
- Grated cheese
Cook the pasta al dente, reserve.
1-In a pan heat the butter and the olive oil, sauté the onion and garlic stirring occasionally.
2-Add the chicken cubes, the white wine and let the alcohol evaporate.
3-Incorporate the tomato sauce, stir and add the cream / cream. Lower the heat and let it boil slowly.
4-Chop the parsley and basil and add to the sauce, add the pasta and integrate.
