- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 red pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 chicken breast (optional)
- 1 avocado (optional)
- 2 branches of thyme
- 1 bay leaf

Preparation of light tomato soup
1-To start preparing this delicious light tomato soup you should add a little vegetable oil to a pot and when it is hot, incorporate the whole chicken breast. Let the meat brown over medium heat.
