Ingredients

  • 700 gr. of minced meat
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cdita of garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste   
  • 4 eggs for stuffing  
  • 1 cup of bread crumbs   
  • 6 bacon fetas
  • 1 cup of cream cheese   
  • 5 mozzarella cheese fetas

    Instructions

    1-In a bowl, add the minced meat, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, 1 egg and bread crumbs. Mix well.

    2-Place the mixture of the meat in a rectangular greased dish type budiner, shaping the edges and leaving space for the filling.

    3-Separate the bacon, cream cheese, mozzarella and eggs on the top and bake at 180ºC for 1 hour.
