27 Mar Pasta salad recipe for diet
The salad of pasta for diet is a perfect dish for summer because it is very fresh and takes care of your line. Eating low-fat dishes has never been easier!
- 1 small lettuce
- 200 gr. of integral pasta
- 2 eggs
- 2 cans of tuna
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 cans of light white cheese
Preparation of pasta salad for diet
- The first thing you have to do is put water to boil in two pots with the fire at full power; one for eggs and one for pasta.
- As soon as the water reaches the proper temperature, pour the pasta and leave it for as long as the manufacturer indicates. In the other pot you have to put the eggs and leave them for fifteen minutes. We are going to do the rest of the ingredients in the meantime.
- Wash the lettuce, cut it and let it drain. Do the same with the tomatoes and put everything together in a bowl.
- If the pasta and eggs are already there, leave the pasta in a colander and peel the eggs. Then, add the pasta to the bowl and cut the eggs into slices. Then, throw them also in the bowl.
- To finish, pour the two cans of tuna and light white cheese and mix everything. Add a little oil, salt and oregano and move again. Your pasta salad for diet is ready! We hope you like!
