  • 1 onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 branch of celery
  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 1 cup of cooked rice
  • 1 cup of cooked peas
  • 6 branches of coriander
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Water
  • Ground black pepper
  • Salt

Preparation of Ecuadorian chicken broth
