Recipe Cheese Pumps

Ingredients

  • Garlic and Herbs:
  • 1 pizza bun
  • 300 gr. of mozzarella cut into cubes
  •  1 tbsp of garlic powder
  • C / n chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 tbsp of melted butter
  • Raw Ham, Cheese and Rucola:
  •   1 pizza bun
  • 150 gr. of mozzarella cut into cubes
  •  100 gr. of raw ham
  •  100 gr. of arugula
  • 4 tbsp of melted butter
  •  4 tbsp of grated parmesan cheese

    Pepperoni pizza:
  • 1 pizza bun
  • 1 tomato sauce
  • 300 gr. of mozzarella in cubes
  • 1 fuet
  • C / n oregano
  • 4 tbsp of melted butter

     4 cheeses:
  •   1 pizza bun
  •  100 gr. of blue cheese or grated roquefort
  •  100 gr. Gruyere cheese or pategras ralllado
  •   100 gr. of grated parmesan or reggianito
  •   100 gr. of grated mozzarella
  •    4 tbsp of butter
  •    C / n oregano and ground chili

    Instructions

    1-

    Cut the dough into small portions.

    2-

    Fill each one with the corresponding ingredients.

    3-

    Close the pumps

    4-

    Place them on a greased or greased baking sheet.

    5-

    Paint with butter and the corresponding ingredient.

    6-

    Take to 200 degrees approximately 12 to 15 minutes.
