  • 4 beef cheeks
  •  2 onions
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 red pepper
  • 3 carrots
  • 1/2 liter of Port wine
  • 1 l. of beef broth
  • Wheat flour
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper


Preparation of beef cheeks in Porto sauce

1-We start by preparing the ingredients of the beef cheeks in Porto sauce. To do this, peel and cut the onions into small squares. Then cut the garlic cloves into small slices. Make the medium sized carrots and dice and cut julienne peppers.
