  • 500 ml. of cream for cooking
  • 70 gr. of sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 4 egg whites
  • Mango jelly
  • 1/2 handle

Preparation of panna cotta without gelatin

1-Turn the cream and sugar into a saucepan and put it on a medium heat. Move without stopping until the sugar dissolves and, when ready, let it cool.
Put the egg whites in a bowl and whisk them.

2-Once they are, pass them through a sieve and put them together with the cream and sugar. Mix and pass the contents of the pot to the small panna cotta molds that you will have to put in a baking dish.

3-Put the oven to preheat to 180ºC and fill a pot with water. As soon as it breaks to boil, pour it over the source but pay attention so that it does not fall on any of the glasses that contain the cream and the egg. Fill the fountain until it covers three quarters of the molds.

4-Lower the oven’s power to 130ºC and insert the source. Wait one hour and, after this time, remove one of the glasses carefully. If you move it and the panna cotta trembles a bit, it is ready.

5-As soon as they cool, you have to put them in the fridge and leave them at least five hours. Then, when serving, you just have to put over the mango jelly and cut some pieces of fruit. See how easy? Your panna cotta without jelly is delicious!
