- 350 gr. of round rice
- 1 onion
- 1 leek
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 choricero pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 carrots
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 zucchini
- 1 eggplant
- 10 green asparagus
- One liter and a half of vegetable broth
- ¼ cup of olive oil

Preparation of soupy rice with vegetables
- To prepare it, you should start by soaking the choricero pepper in a bowl of water to hydrate it for about ten minutes.
- Then, to make the sofrito, chop the onion, the garlic, the peppers and the tomatoes very small.
- Wash the carrot, peel it and cut it into cubes. Also rinse the aubergine, zucchini and asparagus and cut them into the same size. Drain the choricero pepper and scrape its flesh with a knife.
