Ingredients

  • 12 smoked bacon fetas
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  •   ½ chopped red pepper   
  • 2 chopped green onions
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella
  •   1cda. of shortening
  • 4 tbsp of cream / cream
  • Salt and pepper

    Instructions

    1-In a bowl, mix the rice with the pepper, the green or the cream, the lard and the egg. Spice up.

    2-To enter a lattice with the bacon, to arrange the rice on its surface, to sprinkle with grated mozzarella.

    3-Roll well, squeezing and compacting the rice with the bacon fetas.

    4-Bring to a preheated oven at 180 ° for about 30 minutes, until the bacon turns crispy and golden. Cut into pieces and serve.
