Ingredients

  • 1 phyllo base
  • 4 cuts of salmon
  • 1 lemon
  • 100 gr. of fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoons of Philadelphia cheese
  • 250 ml. of liquid cream
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 egg yolk
    Salt
  • Olive oil
  • Ground black pepper

Preparation of salmon pie with spinach

1-Put a pot on the fire with the cream and the Philadelphia cheese, add a little salt and ground black pepper and leave it until it boils, stirring constantly. Then, turn off the fire.

2-Peel and chop the garlic now as small as possible and as soon as you have it put it in a pan with a little oil. While you wait for it to turn golden, which will only take two minutes, wash and drain the spinach. Next, toss them in the pan and wait for them to go down in volume. It will only take five minutes. Turn off the fire and reserve.

3-Let’s go for the fish now. Wash the salmon and put it with a little oil in a pan. Sprinkle lemon juice over it and wait for it to turn golden in all directions. It will be ready in ten minutes. Turn off the fire and wait for it to cool.

4-The next thing is to mix the spinach with the salmon. All you have to do is take each fish cut, crumble it and pass it to the pan with the spinach. Remove but you do not need to light the oven. Set to preheat the oven to 220ºC.

5-Take a refractory dish and cover it with baking paper. Put the filo dough on top and pour half of the cream and cheese sauce.

6-Place the spinach and salmon on top and cover with the rest of the sauce. Put the source in the oven and wait ten minutes. After this time, your salmon pie with spinach will be ready. To enjoy!
