  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 1/2 kg. of tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 10 stuffed olives
  • 100 gr. of cheese for salads
  • 1/2 Dutch cucumber
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 lemon zest
  •  1/4 cup olive oil
  • Ground black pepper
  • Salt


Preparation of tuna and tomato salad

1-Start washing the cucumber and green pepper and, once you have extracted the latter the cucumbers, make them both tacos. Put them in a salad bowl.

2-Cut the tomato in the same way and, after peeling and chopping the onion, pass both ingredients to the same container.
