- 350 ml. of cream for cooking
- 180 ml. milk
- 50 gr. of sugar
- 150 gr. white chocolate
- 4 sheets of gelatin
- Compote of strawberries
Preparation of white chocolate panna cotta
1-Start by placing the four sheets of gelatin in a bowl of cold water and leave for ten minutes. With this step, what is intended is to rehydrate them.
2-Take this time to prepare white chocolate. You have to chop it as small as you can but, to make it easier, cut it first and then mash it in a mortar.
3-Next, put the cream, sugar and milk in a pot with the fire at maximum power and, when it breaks to boil, turn it off. If the gelatin is ready, remove it from the water and crush it with your fingers to release all the water. As soon as it is, put it in the pan and stir with a wooden spoon so that everything is mixed and the gelatin melts.
4-Pass the white chocolate to the pot and stir it so that everything is integrated. Let it cool a little and pass it to the molds.
5-Insert the molds in the fridge and leave them at least for three hours. After this time, you can put the strawberry jam and raspberries on top but do not forget to wash them before. Your white chocolate panna cotta is ready! You’re going to love it!
